The Position The Tooling Operations Manager and Senior SaaS Solution Specialist will be a pivotal figure co-responsible (together with another senior admin) for the administration and management of the organization's tools. This role will encompass overseeing the Atlassian suite, as well as other essential platforms such as Slack, GitHub, JetBrains, Okta, SauceLabs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical proficiency, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of these diverse tools. As the Senior Atlassian and other Tools Admin, you will: Manage, configure, and administer the Atlassian suite (JIRA & Confluence), Slack, GitHub, JetBrains, Okta, SauceLabs, and other collaboration tools, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction. Take care of user management, including user access, permissions, and security settings, for platforms such as Slack, GitHub, JetBrains, Okta, SauceLabs, and others as required. Customize and evaluate Jira plugins to optimize the effectiveness of Jira. Create automation and manage migration processes, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish and manage Slack channels. Handle application requests and provide timely support to users, addressing their needs effectively. Feed official internal webpages and wikis with processes and guidance information. Set up KPI and track operational metrics for the tooling ecosystem.
