In a few words We are seeking several proactive and driven Senior Managers of PSS (Product Sales Strategy) to join our dynamic team. This position offers the unique opportunity to engage with the cutting-edge technology industry and contribute to impactful projects.
Your healthy routine Organize cross-functional project meetings, coordinate retail and cross-functional tasks to ensure projects are completed on time and with the required quality.Coordinate the collaboration between internal company resources and agencies.Assist team members with project planning and management to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.Collaborate with the project team on new product launches and brand promotional activities.Follow up on the implementation of promotional strategies and activities in various regional markets.Monitor project risks to ensure the effective achievement of project goals.Optimize and design project management processes to enhance project management efficiency.Your Profile Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in the smartphone industry of channels/sales/retail/products preferred.Good communication skills, strong logical thinking, with a strong sense of goal and rapid learning iteration ability.Strong sense of responsibility and execution, capable of independently completing projects and driving the team to achieve goals.Proficient in Chinese and English communication, strong stress resistance.What we offer We work hard to ensure that every employee feels supported and encouraged to have a healthy balance between health, work and home commitments.
