Senior Resource Manager | Hyperautomation Consulting

Hawksworth are now searching for a Resource Manager to join a global consulting firm in the Automation world based in Spain, Portugal, Italy, or France.The business is one of the largest pure hyperautomation consultancies in the world, employing over 600 people across 15 countries, working with enterprise clients such as Air France, Santander Bank, and Cartier.In this role, you will work closely with the Global Leads and Regional Directors across the US, EMEA, and APAC in managing resource requests, allocation, and utilization.
We're looking for someone who can leverage their experience to introduce innovative ideas and improve best practices and standards for all aspects of resource management.
The business is currently implementing KANTATA as part of a wider transformation program, so you'll also gain exposure being involved in that project.Flexible Working: 80% work from home and 20% in the office, which is 4 days per week from home.Languages: Full working proficiency in English as a minimum, with additional European languages such as German, Spanish, French, and/or Italian being a bonus.Sponsorship: Sadly, sponsorship isn't available for this position.About You:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.Ideally, around 5 years of experience in resource management.You will have experience in a professional services/consulting environment.You're an expert at stakeholder management and can manage a large number of resource requests effectively.You enjoy working in environments with fast-paced projects.You know multiple resource management tools; KANTATA is highly desirable but others are also fine.You're data and process-driven, and can improve best practices and standards for resource management.Tenure: Permanent, full-timeLocation: Spain, Portugal, France, or ItalyWFH: 80% work from home, 20% in the officeSalary: €60,000 to €75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits (I am negotiable on salary depending on experience and location, of course, happy to discuss).
