Senior Resource Manager | Hyperautomation Consulting

Hawksworth are now searching for a Resource Manager to join a global consulting firm in the Automation world based in; Spain, Portugal, Italy or France.The business are one of the largest pure hyperautomation consultancies in the world, they employ over 600 people across 15 countries, working with enterprise client such as Air France, Santander Bank and Cartier.In the role you will work closely with the Global Leads and Regional Directors across the US, EMEA and APAC in manging resource requests, allocation and utilisation. We're looking for someone who can leverage their experience to introduce innovative ideas and improve best practices and standards for all aspects of resource management. The business are currently implementing KANATA as part of a wider transformation program so you'll also gain exposure being involved in that project.Flexible Working: 80% work from home and 20% in office which is 4 days per week from home.Languages: Full working proficiency in English as a minimum with additional European languages such as German, Spanish, French and/or Italian being a bonus.Sponsorship: Sadly sponsorship isn't available for this position.About You:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.Ideally around 5 years experience in resource management.You'll have experience in a professional services/consulting environment.You're an expert at stakeholder management and can manage a large number of resource requests effectively.You enjoy working in environments with fast paced projects.You know multiple resource management tools, KANTATA is highly desirable but others is also fine.You're data and process driven, and can improve best practices and standards for resource management.Tenure - Permanent, full-timeLocation - Spain, Portugal, France, or ItalyWFH - 80% work from home 20% in officeSalary - €60.000 to €75.000 per annum plus bonus and benefits (I am negotiable on salary depending on experience and location of course, happy to discuss)
