From the Banking division of Robert Walters, we are looking for a Senior Reporting Analyst for an important international insurance company located in Madrid.
Training, Competences, Profile Skills of the Candidates:Master's degree in business, informatics or economics with a high affinity for IT.Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset.Extensive experience in business and finance reporting, especially in the context of financial transformations and systems integration.Self-starter mentality, with a high level of communication and presentation skills.Innovative in finding solutions to challenges, particularly in the context of process optimization and automation.Hands-on experience and certificate in Business Requirements Engineering or agile working.Languages: Strong English skills, with German being an advantage.Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.Experience:At least 3 years of experience in business support or as a business analyst.Strong knowledge of business warehouse tools and SAP applications (preferably S/4HANA).At least 3 years' experience in finance, with a focus on Asset Management being an advantage.Experience with BlackRock Aladdin would be an advantage.Experience with Spanish regulatory policies.Responsibilities:Drive business analysis to identify, collect, and define business requirements, particularly in support of the Finance Transformation project.Assist in the analysis and design of new business processes/reporting requirements, including gathering information and user stories to ensure comprehensive documentation.Monitor, control, and improve technical interfaces within Asset Management and finance systems, collaborating closely with IT teams.Elaborate regulatory, management, and third-party reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other standards.Provide business definitions for the design of automated interfaces to replace manual ones, focusing on efficiency and automation.Provide support in the design of future data models with BlackRock Aladdin, data warehouse, and data hubs.Support the visualization of reports in SAP Analytics or Power BI, collaborating with the team that manages the Investment Management Platform (IMP).Create and develop monthly reports, ensuring the correct level of data quality and improving reporting processes.Manage the process to measure the level of data quality, ensuring that all financial reports meet the highest standards.Support ad hoc analytical and reporting requests from various stakeholders.Contribute to Asset Management projects and help drive transformational initiatives within the department.Additional Information:Sector: Banca
