This role will play a critical role in the creation, delivery and maintenance of management dashboards, executive analyses and ad hoc reporting whilst constantly ensuring reporting solutions are meeting the highest quality standards and requirements of the business stakeholders.
Leveraging existing system architecture such as Power BI, in addition to Excel and SQL querying, the Senior Reporting Analysis will enable the business teams to excel by building knowledge of both business and data relationships.Key Responsibilities: Engage with Sales Operations and Finance stakeholders to deliver various reporting solutions to meet their business requirements.Deliver reporting solutions and process improvements that leverage off existing system architecture such as Power BI and Excel solutions which will deliver measurable performance benefits for the business teams..Support business critical activity related to reporting, including Bookings, Planning & Compensation.Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system updates, enhancements and user experience.Collect, analyze, and interpret sales performance data.Generate and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports on sales compensation and performance metrics.Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyProvide ongoing support to deployed or existing reporting solutionsImplement and recommend of the update and enhancement of critical management reportsCreate dashboards and visualizations to present data clearly.Proactively investigate, report and – where possible - address data quality issuesResponsible for ensuring there is no ambiguity between reporting solutions and business requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.Extensive experience in supporting delivery of reporting and process solutionsA strong systems background with analytical tools ( e.g.
VB, SQL) and reporting tools (e.g.
Power BI, Tableau, Excel)Excellent knowledge of Excel, specifically connections to data sourcesSolid Business understanding with an ability to translate business needs into a set of workable, specific requirementsExcellent knowledge write Macros using VBAHigh attention to detail and accuracyEnthusiastic with a passion for change and efficiencyHigh energy levels, "roll-up sleeves" attitude, excellent communication and inter-personal skillsResults-oriented, relationship builder, and confident self-starterStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in dealing with sales/sales operations and sale compensation is an advantage.
