Join us today as a Senior Renewals Sales Representative BMC Senior Renewals Sales Representatives will be responsible for managing and driving software subscription renewals across our customer base.
You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless renewal process, identify expansion opportunities, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

You will manage and drive the renewals process for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals of contracts. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and advocating for their success. Identify and address potential risks to ensure high retention and renewals. This role will allow you to collaborate with account managers, customer success, and support teams to develop strategies that deliver value to customers. Negotiate renewal contracts and pricing, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company goals. You will have the chance to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue growth. Through a strategic mindset, you will maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of renewal status and pipeline activities. You will provide insights and feedback to product and customer success teams to enhance customer experience. Stay current on company product offerings, industry trends, and customer requirements.
