We are looking for an entrepreneurial and a dynamic Senior Banker to join the new team in Madrid.

- Client Management: Manage and grow your own portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial goals are met through tailored investment strategies and proactive follow-up.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing them with a consistent and high level of service.
- Business Development: Actively identify, pursue, and acquire new clients, leveraging your extensive network and reputation in the industry, particularly on the Spanish market.
- Investment Expertise: Develop and implement bespoke investment strategies for clients, ensuring performance aligns with their risk tolerance and financial objectives.
Monitor and review portfolios regularly, adapting strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly within an international team, adapting to diverse cultural environments and maintaining strong communication with global clientele.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of managing and growing portfolios of high-net-worth clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Finance, or Economics.
- Established network of high-net-worth individuals and families, particularly with prestigious Spanish names.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
A background in Swiss / Spanish private banking is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trust with clients.
- Proven ability to work in an international environment, with an understanding of diverse client needs and expectations.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Additional language skills, particularly French or Italian, are a plus.
