.The Senior Regulatory Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies while supporting the organization's strategic goals and projects.
This role involves working with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage regulatory risks, coordinate audits, and contribute to the company's regulatory strategy.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across all business functions.
Monitor and interpret changes in regulatory environments, assessing their impact on the company's operations.
Develop, document and implement regulatory policies and processes, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and compliant with legal frameworks.
Identify gaps in current regulatory policies and implement actions to enhance them accordingly.
Provide internal guidance on regulatory matters, enabling teams to operate effectively within compliance boundaries.
Coordinate and facilitate regulatory audits, ensuring timely preparation and submission of documentation.
Support the resolution of regulatory disputes by preparing necessary analyses and engaging with relevant stakeholders.
Participate in interactions between the company and regulatory bodies, maintaining constructive and transparent communication.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate regulatory risks to support company operations and strategic projects (including Operations, M&A activities, EU funding initiatives, and others).
Provide regulatory input during project planning and execution to ensure compliance and risk minimization.
Analyze data to identify trends and issues related to regulatory compliance.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices, proactively advising leadership on regulatory opportunities and challenges.
Provide training and guidance on regulatory requirements and procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Academic Profile: Education: University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Regulatory Affairs, or Compliance is a plus.
Languages: English -> Must-have -> Advanced Spanish -> Valuable -> Advanced Any other Cellnex language -> Valuable -> Intermediate Software Tools: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) -> Must-have -> Advanced Relevant Experience : At least 6-7 proven experience in regulatory compliance, policy development, or a related field, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure sectors.
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and applicable laws.
Familiarity with EU regulations is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with regulators and internal stakeholders
