We will be expanding in several countries in Europe, the USA, and Australia.
Our expectations of you: Build relationships with potential candidates & clients. You will be involved in the full talent acquisition cycle for our clients, from identifying the right candidates to coaching them and preparing them to deliver to the high standards of our clients, ensuring great assessment and partnerships so we can help them secure the right role. To BE Talented with us, you need: A great personality and amazing communication skills. A minimum of 3 years' experience and a proven track record in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment services. Some commercial experience to drive clients and engage them. Native level in German and fluent in English to work with international companies. Motivated, dynamic, and driven to work towards greater things, achieve great client satisfaction, and aim for perfection. Strong interest in new technologies and Artificial Intelligence is desired. Be a team player and always aim to lead by example. Great communication skills, a logical approach, and a strong attention to detail. Benefits: Use state-of-the-art technologies.
