We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with German to support one of our Clients from the Pharma sector. In this role, you will assist Hiring Managers by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and managing the end-to-end process, as well as engaging directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process. Key Accountabilities Things you will do: Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independent execution of the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services across Germany, providing counsel to the Hiring Managers, advising through insight and SME knowledge on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met. Act as a trusted advisor and advise the hiring managers on all topics related to recruiting. Proactive candidate sourcing across a variety of channels with support from the sourcing team to build a pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates. Collaborate effectively with relevant internal and client teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience. Deliver excellent candidate experience; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date. Meet customer SLAs, KPIs and team goals. Skills & Experience You'll need to demonstrate: Professional experience (min. 3 years) in Talent Acquisition and recruitment area and in leading end-to-end recruitment processes. Fluent written and spoken German and English . Excellent customer orientation and skills in dealing with relevant stakeholders as well as the ability to lead stakeholders at various management levels. Excellent professional communication skills and demonstrable experience in building and maintaining client relationships. Analytical thinking, attention to detail and practical orientation. Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach. Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.G. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching)
