About the Role:
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for partnering with the leaders in our growing European business and managing the recruitment and staffing processes to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains qualified candidates. The role involves strategic planning and collaboration with various departments to meet the organization's staffing needs.
Responsibilities:
Developing a comprehensive recruitment strategy that caters to all levels of open roles.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
Represent the organization positively to potential candidates.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and expectations.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are compliant.
Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Coordinate job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
Attend industry events, conferences, and job fairs to network and build a talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in recruitment and staffing, with a focus on technical, managerial, or leadership roles. Payments sector experience would be beneficial.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
