Senior Recruiter (Remote) - [S-067]

Responsibilities Collaborate with relevant departments during the recruitment process.Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill vacant positions.Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and experience concerning vacant positions.Complete contracts and paperwork for new hires.Promote the company's internal culture, reputation, and attractiveness as an employer.Keep up to date with company processes.Provide recruitment reports to the Lead Recruiter and company CEO.Skills Needed Excellent command of the English language in writing, reading, and speaking.Comfortable conducting interviews and meetings remotely.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Documents.Knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems.Proficient with social media platforms.Experience in recruiting or human resources.Degree in Human Resources or related fields is a bonus.Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.Required Experience 3+ years experience in the recruitment field.2+ years experience as a senior recruiter.2+ years experience working in international and/or remote recruitment.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
