What You'll Do:
You will help identify, assess and attract talent for the McKinsey Digital in France and beyond.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in a 360 role focused on experienced talent hiring, ideally within management consulting and/or technology sector
- Advanced direct sourcing skills
- Flexible and innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-sensitive environment
- Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in French and English
