ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the iGaming industry. As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent for the non-technical vacancies (Account Managers, Business Development roles, Product, Marketing, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the iGaming industry in different markets.- Maintain a deep understanding of the iGaming industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our company as the best employer. EXPECTED SKILLS- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, is preferred but not mandatory.- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the iGaming industry.- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and attracting talent for account manager and business development roles.- In-depth understanding of the iGaming industry, including knowledge of different job roles, skill sets, and industry-specific regulations.- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry-specific forums.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and English.- Advanced negotiation and influencing skills to secure top talent and collaborate with internal stakeholders.- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.- Ethical approach to recruitment, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
