In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top talent across various departments.As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building and reinforcing fundcraft's workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across various departments.
You will work closely with hiring managers and technical experts to understand the company needs and deploy recruitment strategies to achieve the company's growth objectives.
