If you are excellent at business development and have a proven track record working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners, this could be your role.
In this role, you will recruit top talent for local and national South African clients.
This position offers substantial earning potential and the autonomy to build your own portfolio and book of business.
We looking for Recruiters who consistently bill more than R250 000 per month.
Please don't apply if you are not billing R250 000 to R500 000 per month in perm fees.

Requirements: Demonstrable success in managing full-cycle business development recruitment processes.
Experience working with HR Managers, Directors, and business owners.
Tech-savvy and able to work with multiple digital platforms.
Open to continuous learning Self-driven, excellent at closing deals, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
Minumim 5yrs Business Development experience, with a solid base and a good name in the industry.
