What you'll be doing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from defining profiles to onboarding.
Understand the hiring needs with Hiring Managers and develop recruitment strategies to attract talent.
Identify innovative recruiting sources and participate in recruiting events to attract quality talent.
Evaluate candidates through technical and behavioral interviews, as well as evaluate technical skills and work experience.
What we're seeking: 5+ years in similar positions.
Experienced recruiting international profiles.
Ideally used to work with High Tech industry profiles
High listening and observation skills
Solid knowledge of recruiting techniques and evaluation tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Proactivity, autonomy and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
Fluent level of English, both oral and written.
