The project includes the construction of two full-containment cryogenic LNG storage tanks with a capacity of 240, 000 m³ each, along with associated buildings, access roads, and regasification facilities.This large-scale civil infrastructure project has a budget exceeding1 billion Euros, offering an exceptional opportunity to contribute to one of Europe's most significant construction projects.Mission:TheQuantity Surveyor / Site MeasurementEngineer will manage project measurements, ensure accurate quantity estimations, and certify completed works according to project specifications.
They will also ensure compliance with contractual obligations and coordinate with project teams for successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will review project contracts and documentation, measure and certify project units based on technical drawings or completed works, and identify any discrepancies in quantities and unit prices.They will calculate project costs, apply relevant unit prices, and oversee internal and external reporting on project progress, including client certifications, claims, change orders, and subcontractor payments.Additionally, the role involves supervising contract-related reports, managing cost estimation, and ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.Profile & Requirements:Applicants must have proven experience inQuantity Surveying ,Site Measurement Engineering, orCost Estimationon large-scale industrial or civil infrastructure projects.
