The company currently employs around 48,000 people in more than 60 countries on all five continents.An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Cybersecurity Hub, we are responsible for performing product security evaluations for the most important manufacturers worldwide.As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the quality management team in charge of the development, accreditation, operation, and maintenance of cybersecurity quality management systems implemented for Conformity Assessment Bodies for a number of accredited services. Appropriate quality management standards will be used under the corresponding technical specifications, among others ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17025, and the development of voluntary cybersecurity certification schemes based on ISO/IEC 17067.What will be your responsibilities?Joining the quality team in charge of developing and implementing quality management systems and processes for accredited services including the associated comprehensive and accurate cybersecurity procedures, records, and methodologies.Conduct or support internal audits and manage external audits from National Accreditation Bodies for compliance.Assist in managing specialized and fundamental quality functions for ongoing accredited services, such as software and hardware evaluations, analytical quality control, and managing resolution of improvement actions.Support for the accreditations maintenance and ensure compliance with the general and specific accreditations, such as ISO 19790, Common Criteria or FIPS 140-3, NESAS, ETSI 303 645, etc.Ensure compliance with the quality of the work performed by supervising the tests carried out by the analysts.Address customer complaints and implement corrective actions.Manage and organize records generated by the procedures.Control and keep up to date the archive of current standards and other external documents.Collaborate in the elaboration of proposals and management of the training activities of the Laboratory staff, evaluate and document the effectiveness of the Laboratory's Training Actions.What do we expect from you?Proficiency in quality management systems and standards.
