What you'll do:
Partner with front-end developers throughout the development lifecycle to design and execute comprehensive automated test plans, with a strong emphasis on integration and end-to-end testing.
Leverage your expertise in automation frameworks like Selenium WebDriver or Cypress.io to write clear, maintainable, and scalable automated tests.
Be the go-to person for all things automation, continuously identifying opportunities to improve our test automation coverage and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with developers to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues identified through automated testing.
Participate in code reviews to identify potential quality issues and ensure testability early on.
What you'll bring:
You possess a minimum of 5 years experience in software testing, with a strong focus on front-end web applications.
Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies, with a demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between the two.
Bonus points for having experience in API testing or performance testing, or experience working with CI/CD pipelines (eg, Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
