Responsibilities: Quality Assurance testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing for the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors platform, including integrations and supporting systems.
Lead documentation effort for both test case automation, results, and overall QA/UAT process.
Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and document defects during User Acceptance Testing.
Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks and help remove obstacles to release.
Develop and continuously improve testing environments and automated tools.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP and/or SAP SuccessFactors, including test automation experience is a must (SAP certifications a plus).
University Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
Extensive testing background with a thorough understanding of automation test techniques, across all phases of SDLC.
Must have demonstrated experience and success in coordinating and facilitating testing efforts with end-users.
Experience establishing and maintaining Test Automation Frameworks and creating reusable component libraries.
Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and SDLC best practices.
