We facilitate ticket purchases and provide continuous customer service and support. Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Execute manual and automated test cases according to project specifications. Identify, document, and report bugs and performance issues in the software. Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and functionalities. Participate in requirements and specification reviews to ensure completeness and clarity. Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation. Ensure that identified defects are recorded, tracked, and resolved promptly. Perform regression testing to ensure defects are resolved and do not reappear. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes. Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, etc.). Ability to understand and write test cases. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team. Good oral and written communication skills. Preferred : Previous experience in a similar role (internships, academic projects, etc.). Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).
