The role In order to complete our Direct to Consumers, Ecommerce Department, we are currently looking for a Senior QA Test Automation Engineer - eCommerce Platform (Nescafé Dolce Gusto).
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Test Automation Engineer to join our team.
As a QA Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify test requirements, create test plans, and implement automated testing solutions.
What you'll do Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with the development team to understand software requirements and design test cases accordingly.
Execute automated test scripts to identify defects, track issues, and ensure the overall quality of the software.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, including recommendations for improvements.
Identify opportunities for test automation and implement efficient testing strategies to optimize the testing process.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Continuously research and stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in test automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the testing process.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the test automation framework and infrastructure.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on test automation best practices and techniques.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in test automation, including designing and implementing automated test scripts.
UI Test Automation Experience.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or JUnit.
Proficiency in using test management tools and defect tracking systems.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You: Certification in software testing or test automation (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE, or Selenium WebDriver).
Experience with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and build tools (e.g., Jenkins, Maven).
Experience with PHP.
Experience with TestSigma.
