Lead the QA process to ensure quality and workable deliverables. Learn and understand the business flows and processes of the company to validate new features and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Collaborate closely with Product and Tech teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assure feature implementation and understanding through demo days, training sessions, and other types of cooperation. Oversee and perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and sanity tests, across our platforms (Partners portal, Clients portal, Admin portal). Manage and improve QA tools and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency (manual and automated). Take ownership of the defect lifecycle: track, report, and prioritize issues with clear communication. Advocate for best QA practices and continuously improve testing strategies within the SDLC cycle. Work with APIs and databases, using tools such as Postman and DB clients for validation and troubleshooting. Implement and maintain QA automation frameworks, identifying opportunities for test automation to increase efficiency. Mentor and guide other QA team members to maintain a high standard of quality across all deliverables. # How we imagine you Proven experience in a QA Lead role, working within SDLC cycles and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of QA processes, including use case creation, sanity testing, functional and non-functional testing. Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman for API validation, SQL clients for database validation, and other QA tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Solid knowledge of business process testing and an ability to quickly learn and adapt to the company's business flows. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to lead a QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to other team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
