The candidate will join the client project development team with the main mission of ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of robust, secure, and scalable applications, with a particular focus on banking projects. This position involves working in a hybrid model in Madrid , with flexibility to combine remote work and office presence. Main Responsibilities: Define and implement testing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead the automation of functional and regression tests using Cucumber and other tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage and optimize processes for manual and automated testing. Integrate test workflows into CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments. Monitor and report quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. Required Skills: 3 years of experience in quality assurance and testing, with a focus on projects in the banking sector . Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, etc.). Strong knowledge of performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker). Leadership experience in managing testing teams and processes. Proficiency in Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Ability to communicate effectively in English is a plus.
