Location: Flexible location: work remotely from anywhere in France or Spain.
About the role:
Your mission will be to ensure the highest quality standards for our product by providing effective tools and support to our low-code builders, engineers, and compliance team.
Enhance and Refine Testing Strategy: Collaborate closely with low-code builders, engineers, and compliance team members to refine and implement our testing strategy.
Develop Effective Tooling: Work alongside engineering teams to create and maintain a suite of tools that effectively supports our testing strategy.
Optimize Team Practices: Continuously monitor team practices to identify areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing quality standards and operational efficiency.
Promote Testing Methodologies: Advocate for and educate teams on testing methodologies such as BDD, TDD, and others.
Participate in Incident Management: Engage in the incident management process to identify quality-related issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them.
Support Test Plan Development: Assist teams in defining comprehensive test plans for the development or update of critical features.
This job has been tailored for you if:
You have 5+ years of practical experience in the field.
You have an ISTQB Certification (or similar certification like CSQA, CTAL, CAT).
You have a solid understanding of software fundamentals (Data Structures, Software Architecture, Design Patterns) and especially in EDA (Event Driven Architecture).
You are experienced in software development, specifically in cloud architectures, systems design, and distributed systems.
You have solid experience with an E2E automation library like Playwright or Cypress .
You strive to understand, synthesize, and communicate complex technical concepts and business problems.
You are comfortable with the usage of Datadog and synthetic tests.
You are a team player who is receptive to feedback, to be mentored and to mentor others. We're caring and make sure everyone can grow. You will be empowered. You will empower others.
You speak English & French fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment.

As a member of the Payroll Experience Tribe , you'll contribute to key areas such as Time Management, Benefits, Payroll Processing, and Declarations. Here, you'll collaborate closely with diverse experts, including low-code developers, engineers, compliance specialists, product managers, and designers.

Initial Discovery Call: A Talent Acquisition representative will assess your qualifications and fit for the role - 30 min
Interview with the Engineering Director of the Tribe: You will have a conversation with your future manager to further discuss your experience and skills - 30 min
Meet Testing community leaders for the Technical Interview - 60 min
Meeting Product Builder Leads - 45 min
Meet a Team Member of the FrontEnd team - 30 min
Background Check (ISO27001 certification): identity, diploma, and past professional experiences will be checked after the offer.

Time off: 25 days of holidays + RTT days (depending on the contract).
