You will examine whether the software meets architectural requirements, develop and automate tests for software validation, and ensure the high quality of the system while interacting with firmware developers and validation engineers.Key Responsibilities:Create, enhance, debug, and run the test casesCollate and monitor the defect management processManage changes and execute regression testsProvide solutions for problems related to object identity and error handlingTrack bug life cycle workflows: test, initiate, review, investigate, update, and confirm resolution of identified issuesConduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purposeWork closely with developers to ensure that bugs are fixed based on test case resultsIdentify non-show-stopper bugs from severe bugsIdentify weaknesses in our productsParticipate in requirement reviews to write and help others write test casesWrite and maintain test plans, test environments, test cases, and automation test scriptsMake recommendations for improvement to enhance process efficiency, quality, and customer experienceCreate training materials and operating manuals; document quality assurance activities and create audit reportsHelp in building an automation testing teamKey Qualifications:Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field4-7 years of experienceSolid coding skills for designing and implementing various automated solutionsPreferred to have - ISTQB CTFL CertificatePriority will be given to candidates with strong English proficiency.
