Leading multinational company in the Sports Retail sector is looking for a Senior QA & Automation Engineer for its offices in Madrid, which are in full expansion. The selected person must be able to create the QA strategy for the Spanish division of the company from scratch, in close collaboration with other divisions at an international level.
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:Define and drive the QA strategy of a multinational company of great renown in the market, using the latest technologies hand in hand with one of Spain's most powerful technical teams.Lead and grow an internal department specialized in QA, collaborating with external partners for the selection of new members who will report to you (10-12 people).Interact with all development teams, directly influencing the company's products, services, and platforms.Be responsible for various strategic and infrastructure objectives, in coordination with the various international teams that are part of our company.Grow professionally and act as a technical reference within the company.THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:6+ years of QA experience (Ideally with Selenium + Karate + Cypress).3+ years of experience leading QA teams.You have had the opportunity to work on projects at an international level.You have at least a C1 level of English and/or French, as you will use it on a daily basis, and it will be vital for coordination with other teams.You define yourself as someone passionate about software and are looking to further advance your career.You practice sports!EXTRA POINTS IF YOU HAVE:PHP, Java and/or Javascript knowledge (Any level).Knowledge of SonarQube (Any level).WHAT WE OFFER:Permanent contract, directly with the end client.Salary and Conditions: Fixed salary that will vary depending on experience (We take your expectations very seriously!) + 10% bonus on common objectives + 10% quarterly bonus on sales volume and results (Paid in company shares) + Discounts on company products + Sanitas health insurance + Gympass + Flexible working hours + English and/or French classes.Work model: Hybrid, 3 office days per week (Flexible).Location: San Sebastián de Los Reyes, Madrid.Selection process: 3-stage process that includes a technical interview.
