Position: BuyerFrom the Procurement Department (Buying), we are looking for an experienced Buyer for the development of new and future projects. The main functions and responsibilities to develop are the following:
Ensure compliance with directives and corporate/project procedures.Commercial management of the assigned purchases and purchase orders.Supplier and bidder evaluation and selection.Launch of Requests for quotation and expediting timely receipt of bids.Evaluation, clarification, and negotiation of sound bids.Issue of final Commercial Tabulation and recommendation.Preparing of award proposals.Issue and follow-up of approved Purchase Orders, including changes and final close out.Participate in kick-off meetings and solve commercial issues during PO execution.Internal expediting and close coordination with other departments and project.Provision of related reports and status.We require at least 3 years of experience in the position related to industrial/engineering equipment and components, and a fluent level of English is a must. Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary.
