We are responsible for all Procurement activities within Vestas, including leading global and cross-functional teams, developing and implementing commodity strategies across modules, creating and capturing end-to-end value, supplier relationship management, and performance metrics monitoring and development.
Responsibilities Collaborate on definition and deployment of the strategy Drive the standardization of processes within the department Create standard tools Drive the implementation of the sustainability strategy in Construction Procurement Manage tender processes, bid development, and sub-contract negotiations Develop supplier portfolio Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the field of engineering At least 5 years of experience in subcontracting and purchasing mechanical and electrical works.
Wind sector is preferred, but O&G and Infrastructure are valid Construction project management experience is valued Analytical and negotiation skills Experience in project-based purchasing and pre-contract bid management, category management, and Supplier Relationship Management Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages will be valued Competencies Leadership and influencing skills Team working competencies within a Matrix organization Stakeholder management is in your DNA, and creating business relationships both internally and externally comes naturally to you Result-oriented attitude and an ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment What We Offer You will join an experienced team with a high level of strategic exposure to senior leaders.
