The successful candidate will join 3PBIOVIAN as a Senior Project Manager.Primary Objective of the position:Lead and manage the projects assigned to his/her portfolio in an efficient and effective way with the purpose of fulfilling the sales plan and achieving customer satisfaction.Main responsibilities:Lead the management of the client portfolio from start to finish, executing the follow-up and adequacy of the daily activities of their projects.Ensure compliance with the technical execution, dates, schedule, and scope of the different projects, organizing and informing the different departments of the schedule, budget, and technical design of the project before signing the contract.Ensure compliance with the invoicing plan, as well as prepare the monthly estimate of work in progress and project loyalty, resolve conflicts and manage additional needs that arise during the course of the project.Provide technical support to the Business Development team in the preparation of final bids for clients.Follow-up and fulfillment of the commitments acquired with the client.Maintain regular internal meetings between the technical team and clients, as well as attend to clients during visits to our facilities.Keep close contact with the client throughout the course of the project.Coordinate, prepare and review milestone reports during project follow-ups, as well as final and project closure reports.Propose and implement, when necessary, measures for improvement and conflict resolution in relation to project and client management.Assessment criteria:Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or any other related discipline is required.At least 6 years of experience leading projects in the biotech field, preferably in a CDMO company.Knowledge in GMP regulations.Fluent in English.Why 3P BIOVIAN?26 paid vacation days, one personal day, and one day off set by the company: December 23rd.Flexible compensation plan, allowing all employees to allocate up to 30% of their gross annual salary to daily services exempt from income tax (childcare, health insurance, training, etc.).Company benefits club, which allows 3P employees to obtain exclusive prices and discounts on a multitude of products and services (Booking, Fnac, Rituals, El Corte Inglés, etc.).Flexible working hours during the week and a reduced workday on Friday of 7 hours.Special Summer working day of 7 hours during July and August.Commitment to continuous, updated and personalized improvement of our personnel's learning with a Learning & Development department responsible for creating personalized career plans.Focus on internal talent and stable employment, with opportunities for professional growth in a trusted environment.Encouragement of employee participation in solidarity events such as charity races and social donations.
