Particularly we offer our clients specialist risk analysis and advisory service to give them confidence in the viability and profitability of their projects.The Building & Places division of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager,for immediate employment in our Madrid office.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to successfully manage, coordinate and deliver projects.The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase.Role will be full-time job.Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.Job Duties- Lead Project Management role, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the projects.- Provide full Project Management duties to AECOM clients- Client oriented. Previous experience in consultancy firms with PM role- Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices.- Ensure all phases are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.- Cost control of the project and Change Orders management- Provide experience with different types of contracts.- Develops strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team
