Candidate ProfileDegree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy EngineeringBetween 4-8 years of experience in PV Plants and Grid connection Facilities.Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) is a must.PVsyst and AUTOCAD skills is a plusEnglish and Spanish language proficiency; French is a plus.The following soft skills will be a plus: team spirit, problem-solving, communication.ActivitiesWith the support of the Deputy PMO, the Senior PM will coordinate with the resources assigned to the projects (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc.) to reach the highest standards and achieve the COD & PAC as planned.Monitor the EPC Contracts in terms of schedule, cost, and scope.Monitor the compliance with the EPC contract annexes to achieve milestones requirements.Coordinate with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements. Face-to-face meetings may be required.Report periodically on the progress made.Lead weekly & monthly meetings with EPC contractor, Owner's Engineer, HSE responsible, and other project stakeholders.Regular domestic trips.Context & EnvironmentTotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica develops, builds, and operates solar projects in the Iberia region, either with full ownership or with partners in Joint Venture.
