JOB DESCRIPTION Education and Qualifications: Required: University degree in Psychology Oral and written fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English Experience and Knowledge: Required: At least 10 years of experience in project management (health and research field) Experience in regulatory and governance aspects of an international research project High organizational capacity to work on several tasks simultaneously and to prioritize tasks when deadlines are tight Ability to work autonomously, coordinating with the rest of the team and with the institution Advanced user of project management tools, methodologies, and good practices Communication skills Experience in the development of operation plans, risk management strategies, sustainability plans, governance models, and business models Knowledge of the local health ecosystem and main stakeholders Experience in both public and private health sectors Main Responsibilities and Duties: To coordinate the administrative tasks of the group To organize the different courses performed by the group To assist the research PIs in the coordination Liaise with and support HVH clinical personnel To prepare the annual memories of the group and to update the information of the group required in the different fellowships for which the group applies Labour Conditions: Full-time position: 40h/week Starting date: immediate Gross annual salary: 37,303.34 Contract: permanent linked to project What can we offer?
