We operate in global markets working closely with the Zurich Insurance companies, Service Providers, and Retailers with the key mission of creating healthier, happier lives for customers and employees. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our mission. You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing the rewards which we offer to our global customer base via our mobile app.
Your role
As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:
Sourcing suppliers of rewards and optimizing the rewards platform (including integration and processes)Optimizing procurement and supplier management processesWorking across functions and geographies to secure stakeholder needs and expectationsWorking on other strategic projects across LiveWell and within OperationsYour Skills and Experience
As a Senior Project Manager, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related fields with a passion for health and wellbeing6+ years in project management with experience in rewards, sourcing of rewards, procurement for mobile apps, web, and/or SAAS offeringsStrong analytical skills, experience in testing and data-driven decision makingStrong English communication and execution skills, capable of working in cross-functional teamsAdditional Information
