To support our dynamic growth and innovation, we are seeking a motivated and talented Sr. Project Manager to join our team, to work with the Director of Project Management. This role will serve as the manager of multiple projects, playing a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients. This person will define project objectives, analysis & strategy, create timelines, and facilitate clear and consistent communication between all involved parties.ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring of strategy and marketing, and cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Define project strategy, scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all involved departments, ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and progress as well as report on project status, performance metrics, and key learnings.Business Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research and data analysis to develop innovative solutions for solving business problems. Execute & manage planning, analysis, design, development, and implementation across multiple projects.Operational Efficiency: Review content and route deliverables to the appropriate core team members for review/sign-off via electronic project routing system. Identify and manage project risks (including escalation to C-Level when necessary) to ensure the on-time delivery of business goals.Documentation: Develop detailed project timelines, allocate resources, and manage budgets for all marketing and cross-functional projects. Prepare post-project analysis to evaluate campaigns' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business or a related field.4+ years of related experience.Proven experience as Strategy Consultant and/or Project Manager, within a consulting company and/or a Marketing agency.Excellent client management skills.Experience working with project/creative management tools.Experience analyzing data (Excel proficiency).Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, branding, and consumer behavior.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.Proficiency in English is mandatory, most of our clients are based in the US.Experience with project management tools (Notion, Monday, Asana...).Experience working with Financial companies, D2C and/or ecommerce brands.BenefitsAttractive compensation package.Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth company.Work in Barcelona, with possible travel across our markets.Onsite working environment.Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth.
