SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - OFFSHORE WIND ADVISORY CSG Talent is partnering with a global leader in the advisory services industry, who are looking to add new talent to their Wind - Offshore team.
They are a century-old business with a rich history of innovation, supporting businesses in navigating complex landscapes.
They are seeking a candidate with a consulting - advisory background in offshore wind services.
This position is remote - Western Europe with 20% EMEA travel.
The role will involve managing complex technical due diligence and market intelligence assignments for high-profile clients, covering the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities Lead client meetings and act as the primary client interface.
Manage complex owners engineering, independent engineering, technical advisory, and market intelligence services.
Oversee technology review, civil and electrical design review, contract review, project scheduling, business case assessment, environmental and permitting review, and site visits.
Compile and complete independent engineering and technical advisory reports.
Prepare proposals, manage resources, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Facilitate and lead project status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure the use of best industry practices.
Proactively identify project needs and implement solutions.
Support business development activities, including identifying potential clients and representing the company at industry events.
Qualifications Academic background in Project Management, Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Energy Services or Planning and Consents.
At least 5+ years' experience in project management/engineering in the wind industry.
Deep understanding of technical due diligence and risk assessment.
Experience in the full project lifecycle for wind developments.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to take on leadership and business development responsibilities.
Flexibility to work remotely and with global teams.
Proficiency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
Willingness to travel up to 20% within the EMEA region.
