The role will cover the whole project lifecycle from initial inception, through the design and procurement process and onto the site delivery and commissioning phase. Role will be full-time job.Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.Job DutiesLead Project Management role, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the projects.Provide full Project Management duties to AECOM clients.Client oriented. Previous experience in consultancy firms with PM role.Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices.Ensure all phases are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.Cost control of the project and Change Orders management.Provide experience with different types of contracts.Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.Be the interface with AECOM clients.Manage the delivery of project management service, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.Provide experience leading project management services during construction phases.Other RequirementsPassionate about delivering high quality consulting services to our clients.Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks, and program in a holistic way.Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilize the current digital tools are essential.Excellent numeracy, verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to challenge in a positive and engaging manner.Understanding of a variety of project types/sizes/sectors. Data Centre, Hospitality sector experience would be advantageous.Ability to manage relationships effectively, identifying and resolving issues at the earliest possible opportunity.People management skills and the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally.Is accountable and responsible for own actions and those of your team.Ability to work under own initiative where appropriate working closely with the rest of the project management team
