Position Overview: Join our client's team as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing interconnection projects within the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) region.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead complex infrastructure projects and collaborate with industry-leading professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead negotiations and execute complex interconnection agreements.
Act as the primary liaison with Regional Transmission Organizations (RTOs), Independent System Operators (ISOs), and customers.
Coordinate with subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and cost forecasts effectively.
Monitor and analyze changes in RTO/ISO tariffs.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and industry advocacy groups.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in the utility or energy sector.
Deep understanding of ISO/RTO tariffs and business practices.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
PMP certification preferred.
