You are responsible for the planning, monitoring, and delivery of global medium to large/complex IT projects and programs from initiation through completion. You will secure required resources and use formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.By leading international teams in a matrix environment, you will ensure the projects' timely delivery according to specifications and within budgeted costs. In liaison with the business, you will drive the business requirement collection and prioritization, supporting the creation of business cases together with the financial controllers in charge.You team up with the IT Business Partner, Business Architects, and Solution Experts of the IT R&D department to understand the needs and drivers of the business. You also connect with key users and business teams to enable close interaction with all project stakeholders, as well as present the project status in IT internal and business-facing SteerCo meetings.In close collaboration with Application and Infrastructure Technologies, you ensure that business requirements are translated into respective technical specifications and advise the business on technical solutions. Finally, you are accountable to handle the technical implementation (i.e., development, testing, etc.) and ensuring the security and quality of delivered solutions, including handover to operations & support.This position offers you excellent development prospects and scope for independence and self-initiative. Together with your capabilities as an experienced Project Manager and your collaborative and analytical approach, you will also get the opportunity to engage in IT Strategy development initiatives, helping to craft the digital agenda of R&D Electronics.
