Role: We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in design and construction for the Science & Industry sector. In this role, you will support the project leader in coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams, managing suppliers, as well as liaising with the client's technical team and public administrations. The candidate will join Arup Madrid's Property Advisory team. Although the candidate's main tasks will involve coordination, management, and consultancy, it would be valuable to have first-hand experience in the design, calculation, sizing, and specification of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems in tertiary buildings within the technology sector/data centers, and industrial (Science & Industry & Technology) sectors.Main Functions:Coordination of Science & Industry & Technology projects; Collaborate with other teams to provide organizational solutions that promote efficient project delivery; Assist with the delivery of bids, reports, and other documents to ensure the production of deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets; Document quality control; Support project monitoring; Assist in project financial control, costs, and budgets; Attend internal andexternal meetings with clients and suppliers; Site visits.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or Industrial Engineering; Between 6-8 years of experience in relevant positions, especially in coordination; Great interest in the construction industry in the Science & Industry & Technology sector; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); High level of English proficiency (C1); other languages are desirable; Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and dynamism.Valuable:Project Management studies; Experience in construction sites; Experience in Data Processing Centers; Knowledge of BIM Management, Revit, AutoCAD; Knowledge of Prestoand MS Project/Primavera.#J-18808-Ljbffr
