Proyectos Industriales - MADRID - CAMPO DE LAS NACIONES (ESP) - España Descripción del puesto The Senior PM will be responsible to manage the construction of the batch of projects specified by the Regional Senior HV Project Manager to successfully deliver the projects from RTB stage thru COD.
- With the support of the Regional Senior Project Manager in charge of the respective batch of HV projects, the Senior PM will coordinate with the resources assigned to the HV projects (procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, etc) to reach the highest standards and achieve the COD as planned.
- Monitor the EPC Contracts in terms of schedule, cost, and scope.
- Monitor the compliance with the EPC contract annexes to achieve milestones requirements.
- Coordination with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements.
Face to face meetings may be required.
- Report periodically of the progress made.
- Lead weekly & monthly meetings with EPC contractor, Owner´s Engineer, HSE responsible, and other project stakeholders.
- Regular domestic trips.

- Make sure that the projects are delivered on time and on budget, in accordance with the approval of the appropriate committee.
- Follow the HSE TotalEnergies policies and make sure that all employees, contractors, and subcontractors involved in the construction activities follow them, maintaining the highest standards at all times.

Minimum Requirements - Master Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Energy Engineering.
- Between 4-8 years of experience in project management in construction of Grid connection Facilities (substations of more than 132 kV).
- Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) is a must.
- Good knowledge in HV equipment, EPC, and construction companies.
- English and Spanish language, French is a plus.
- The following soft skills will be a plus: team spirit, problem solving, communication.
