We are looking for spanish citizens able to work abroad to join a project with one of our most important clients in Saudi Arabia.
Someone with a wide background as an IT Senior Project Manager Must be open to be a freelance professional.
In this project: As an IT Senior Project Manger, you will join a project wher the entire IT Department is being transformed, migrating hundreds of users from legacy IT to a new digital organization.
Are you up for the challenge?
About the perfect match: At least 7 years of experience as a IT Senior Project Manager.
Experience in IT Governance and Function Design.
Great communication skills and excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
Manage technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring success within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop and maintain a clear IT governance structure, defining roles, responsibilities, and efficient workflows.
Create detailed job descriptions, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team effectiveness and project progress.
Establish performance evaluation frameworks to ensure that projects align with business expectations and industry best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and human resources, to ensure proper resource allocation and project execution.
Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001, implementing processes that protect information security throughout the project lifecycle.
