PMCM Team provides project control and strategic advisory to help our clients complete complex projects on schedule and budget. Particularly we offer our clients specialist risk analysis and advisory service to give them confidence in the viability and profitability of their projects.The Building & Places division of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager for immediate employment in our Madrid office.Job Duties+ Lead Project Management role, taking responsibility for successful delivery of the projects.+ Provide full Project Management duties to AECOM clients + Client oriented.+ Previous experience in consultancy firms with PM role.+ Provide effective support and mentoring to Project Managers, Graduates and Apprentices.+ Ensure all phases are managed and completed efficiently, on time and to the client's satisfaction.+ Cost control of the project and Change Orders management.+ Provide experience with different types of contracts.+ Develop strong reciprocal relationships with clients and members of the project team.+ Be the interface with AECOM clients.+ Manage the delivery of project management service, in accordance with agreed timescales and quality standards.+ Provide experience leading project management services during construction phases.Other Requirements+ Passionate about delivering high quality consulting services to our clients.+ Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on value, risks, and program in a holistic way
