The Senior Project Manager will mentor and lead junior project managers to successfully deliver project requirements.Responsibilities Leading project meetings, coordinating resources and project planning between internal and external stakeholders, tracking project progress/status, and managing overall project riskDeveloping project scopes and objectives, manage the relationship with the clients, ensure that projects are delivered on time, managing expectations with customers and ensuring their goals and objectives are metAnalyze and interpret the needs of the customers, building-specific solutions that fit those requirements, using the tools and algorithms provided by the productPerform risk management to minimize project risks, report and escalate to management as neededCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendorsManage Scrum boards and Jira Roadmaps for project progressPerform Sprint meetings (Planning, Standup, Review, Retrospective)Detecting future business opportunities for salesBeing proactive and proposing platform improvements, work collaboratively with data scientists, quality engineers, usability experts, and clients to improve the platform and expand the range of standard solutionsKnowledge & Experience Experience in managing and deploying eBR projects and other enterprise software implementations for the Life Sciences industryExperience in software development companies focused on the pharma marketAt least 5 years of experience leading projects within an Agile/Scrum methodology to quickly iterate and deliver value to customers.Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English, French (a third language is a plus)Expertise in Jira and Google SuiteKnowledge of Business Intelligence: ETL / Data Warehouse methodologiesFamiliarity with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Lean) and management of deadlinesAble to work in a team and project-orientedAvailability to travel to clients is requiredAdditional Skills (nice to have, but not required):• Functional knowledge in industrial applications such as ERP, SCADA, LIMS, or MES• Basic Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning algorithms• Basic understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and principles• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms and IIoT is valued• PMP Certification is desirablePackage and Benefits: Unique opportunity to join a rapidly scaling start-up with great market traction and huge potential to continue growingCompetitive salary in the sector and scheduled performance/salary reviewsStock OptionsPrivate Medical & Dental InsuranceInternal Training & CertificationsProfessional development and collaborative environmentFlexible schedule & Intensive FridaysFlexible Remuneration OptionsLanguage Training CoursesMonthly Team Building ActivitiesProcess:Due to the levels of unqualified demand from candidates, if you have the following:Experience of pharma manufacturing, GxP, MES, SCADA, Industry 4.0 principlesIT project management experience, including software implementations French language skills Please send me an invitation request, highlighting these three areas on your profile.
