We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive complex ERP projects for our esteemed client.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success.
Possess a deep understanding of ERP technologies and business processes.
Guide teams in the selection, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Effectively communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional results.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Conduct regular project status reviews and progress reports.
Manage project scope and change requests.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP project management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in consulting environments is highly preferred.
In-depth knowledge of ERP technologies (preferably Oracle) Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Pg MP) are a plus.
