Your new Role Your contribution to AUTO1 Group:
Contribute to the strategy and growth plan for AUTO1's Logistics and Production areas.
Lead and manage the growth of new projects simultaneously, from initiation through to operational execution, focusing on Logistics and Production Performance Areas, based on the day-to-day analytical data.
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Develop continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimisation opportunities.
Create and implement scalable improvements for profitability, operational efficiency and customer experience.
Strong focus on enhancing our KPIs and optimizing results.
Support Head of Production and Head of Logistics on strategic global key initiatives and analysis.
Direct report to the Director of Production and Logistics Iberia.
Your Skills Degrees in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines.
Strong analytical skills and being data-driven.
Strong work ethics. Being able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities and time-sensitive deadlines, while working in an autonomous way.
Experience in leading and implementing new projects across different areas of responsibility.
At least 4 years of experience working in Strategic Business Development Projects, Startups, Fast Scale companies or Strategy Consulting.
Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of projects.
English C1 or above.
