About the Team The Variables team, providing relocation project management services, offers a wide array of projects, clients, and opportunities. About the Role In the role of Sr. Project Manager, you will be the face of the company for our relocation project clients. The role is critical to both client services and project execution. The ability to multi-task, work in a highly organized manner while remaining calm and confident is integral to success.
Position Goals - Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project process Execute projects using the Visions Management's framework Meet or exceed all agreed upon project KPI's Embrace team and company collaboration Responsibilities - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients Build confidence with clients by keeping all stakeholders expectations aligned, and constantly, effectively and efficiently communicate progress and status Be the single point of contact for all client related activities Receive and process client move requests Participate in planning meetings hosted by client and other stakeholders Adhere to client's policy and procedures, including security, health and safety, work hours and other protocols Develop and implement move project plan and budget through collaboration with the client and key stakeholders Manage project workflows, processes and timelines, while communicating necessary components to key team members and clients Ensure data accuracy within move management systems Proactively manage project related issues Maintain all project related documentation Develop project objectives and KPI's Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with Visions Management's standards of performance Manage supporting vendors and contractors per terms of the agreement Prepare/update project status reports, review invoices and ensure timely payment, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials Facilitates communication and common understanding within the team for delivering projects per scope and client expectations Mentor and train project coordinators Comply with Visions Management's policies and procedures, including but not limited to time and expenses, ethics, and business practices About You You are ready for your next challenge, and opportunity to demonstrate your dedication to client satisfaction, organization, attention to detail, and confidence. Requirements -
Minimum Five years of relocation, construction, furniture, or facilities project management experience Minimum Three years' experience working with vendors Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Two years as a lead, supervisor, or manager Able to travel to and from project sites throughout the Bay Area Able to work nights and weekends when projects require High school diploma Qualifications/Skills –
Stellar organization and strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously Ability to multi-task with a focus on detail Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, office furniture, and space planning concepts Top-notch interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level external and internal clients
