This role demands a problem solving mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internally and with the customer to ensure successful implementation and adoption of services.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior ProjectManager within our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives aimed to support an automotive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as they introduce new services or enhance existing ones across various regions and markets.This role demands a problem solving mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, internally and with the OEM partner to ensure successful implementation and adoption of services.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningWork with OEM partner in the refinement of the strategy to introduce new services or expand existing services into multiple markets.Understand and document the challenges and opportunities for each target region.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and provide goals, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service rollout and development.Project ManagementCreate comprehensive Project plans outlining timelines and deliverables for each market.Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer success, IT, engineering, finance) and Auto OEM partner to ensure alignment and accountability.Monitor Project progress, identify and communicate potential risks or obstacles, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiative on track.Document standard and market specific process and technology flowsCross-Functional CollaborationBe the point person at EVA Global to facilitate communication and collaboration between various groups (at OEM HQ and within the markets) involved in the service rollout, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.Work closely with regional team to tailor strategies and approaches according to market specific needs.Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability to drive collective success across all stakeholders.Stakeholder ManagerServe as the primary point of contact for technical escalations, providing expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with each market and HQ, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.Implement processes for efficiently triaging, prioritizing, and resolving project related issues.QualificationsDemonstrated the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their technical needs.Strong organizational and Project management skills to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and deliverables across various markets and regions effectively.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, both internal and external.Adaptable to tailor strategies and approaches according to market-specific needs and changes in project requirements.Results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving continuous improvement initiatives.EVA Global is an equal opportunity employer.
